Gracie girl

Those of you know know the Ben Folds song called "Gracie" will be hearing the piano in their heads for the rest of the day. Those of you who don't know the song should probably download it immediately because it's an amazing song...especially if you have kids. Gracie girl is our new foster gal! Duke and Gracie are smitten kittens and like to flirt. Right now they are sitting on both sides of me on the couch and we're all having the time of our lives being couch potatoes!

She's super sweet and calm. Some of her behavior shows signs that she might not have been appreciated much by her last owners if you know what I mean. But each day she's able to grow into herself! She's learning that there are people who actually reciprocate the love she shows...and she likes it!

Her coat color is called fox red and it's rare these days. It's a shade of yellow that people have bred away from because the lighter colors have become more popular. But she's obviously proving that those people didn't know what they were talking about, because everyone wants to be a redhead now (we should know)!
